PIEDMONT - Brett Stephen Lower, 62, of 413 Conners Blvd, husband of Peggy Dawson Lower, passed away Tuesday May 29, 2012 at AnMed Health Medical Center.

Born June 26, 1949 in Ft. Wayne, IN, he was the son of the late Jack and Helene Northouse Lower. He was a retired U.S. Navy Veteran and Security Supervisor for American Security at Plastic Omnium. He attended both Covenant of Faith Church of God and NewSpring.

Surviving are his wife, Peggy D. Lower; brother-in-law, Bill Dennis , uncle, Edgar Warolin; cousins, Patty Kerns, Nancy Thacher, Larry Warolin, Jim Warolin, Vince Warolin and families; nieces, Christina Lower, Audrey Baker and Joanie McGee and nephews, Mark and Matt Dennis. He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert J. Lower.

A memorial service will be held at 11am Saturday at Sullivan-King Mortuary, Northeast Chapel with Pastors Alfred Willis, Marion Snider, Dennis Richey and Roberto Rivera. The family will receive friends from 10 until 11am prior to the service at the Northeast Chapel, 3205 N. Hwy 81.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fair Haven Home for Men, P. O. Box 597, St. Stephens, SC 29479.
